| Object of the treatment |
| In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, adequacy, relevance and necessity referred to in art. 5, paragraph 1 of EU Reg. 679/2016, the Data Controller will process the personal data collected automatically when browsing the website or provided voluntarily for the following purposes: |

| The legal basis of the processing of user data carried out by the Data Controller through the site consists in the request, in the contract or in the pre-contractual agreements existing with the interested party (art. 6, co.1 letter b - Eu Reg. 679/2016); while, in the absence of it, the legal basis is to be found in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (art. 6, co.1 letter f- Eu Reg. 679/2016). As regards further purposes that require consent, it is requested after understanding this information and expressing consent and must equally be considered as a valid legal basis for the processing of the data as provided for by the art. 6, co.1 lett. a - Eu Reg. 679/2016. |

| Place of data processing and transfer to a third country |
| The data controller uses, for the services offered by the site, servers located in the following countries: Italy and therefore, on the basis of Reg. 2016/679/EU to be considered suitable as they fall within the EU scope. |
| The email address managed for the purpose of subscribing to the Newsletter service, to which you may have given consent, is managed through the automation service for sending email provided by the company Mailchimp, a US company, certified according to the Privacy Shield, as external data processing manager, pursuant to the service contract and the contractual clauses regarding the protection of personal data, in compliance with European legislation. |
| Times and place of data storage |
| for the purposes of carrying out the services and supplies requested, for the consequent activities of administration, accounting, orders, management of estimates and the entire production flow, assistance and maintenance, shipping, invoicing, services, management of any disputes: 10 years as established by the provisions of the art. 2220 of the Civil Code, without prejudice to any late payments of the fees that justify its extension. |
| The data relating to subscription to the newsletter and/or for the purposes of providing information on initiatives organized by the Data Controller are retained until the cancellation is requested by the Data Controller. |
| The data relating to navigation, collected automatically, are kept only for the time necessary to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. |
| Technical and analytical cookies are stored for the time indicated on the cookie acceptance pop-up page. |
| Optional or mandatory provision of data |
| Apart from what is specified for navigation data which acquire data automatically, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data or not to provide it. Failure to provide them may only make it impossible to obtain what is requested. |
| Rights of the interested party |
| The interested party has the right to request from the Data Controller, pursuant to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 21 of EU Reg. 679/2016: access to their personal data and all information; the rectification of your inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete ones; the deletion of your data, except for those contained in documents that must be retained by the Data Controller and unless there is an overriding legitimate reason to proceed with the processing; the limitation of processing where one of the hypotheses referred to in art. 18 of the aforementioned Regulation occurs. |
| The interested party also has the right to object to the processing of their personal data, without prejudice to the provisions regarding the necessity and obligatory nature of the processing for the purposes of establishing the contractual relationship; to revoke any consent given for non-mandatory data processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation. |
